Application windows differ by programme: IMDP opens for two weeks in early June; MBA Development Program opens in September; ACDP, AFP and the other specialty programmes open in late summer; C2C and MBA internships typically open in August for the following year's summer.

    Resume review, candidate screenings and interviews run in early fall for most programmes (IMDP: resume review and interviews begin in July). Vanguard's recruiters recommend structuring answers with the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result).
