The interview process

    Eligibility screening

    Applicants must be Saudi nationals, recent graduates (2024-2026), hold an eligible Bachelor's or Master's degree, meet the minimum GPA and hold an English test certificate issued in 2025 or later (IELTS Academic 6.0, TOEFL iBT 76 or TOEFL PBT 513).

    Apply through PIF's careers portal (careers.pif.gov.sa, hosted by Talentera). PIF does not publish the assessment or interview stages on the pages that could be seen; participants then join a programme delivered with universities and training institutes.

    Programme structure (12 months)

    Months 1-2: launch, orientation, pre-Master's foundation programme and work-readiness module. Months 3-6: five master's-level modules (Sustainable Finance and Investment; Assurance and Strategic Risk Management; Financial Data Analytics and Digital Transformation; Strategic Project Management; Strategic Management of Sovereign Wealth Fund Investments), research methods, an assessment week and track allocation. Months 7-8: specialisation electives. Months 9-12: multi-month on-the-job training and a master's dissertation. Graduates are assessed for placement across PIF divisions, Giga-Projects and portfolio companies. PIF publishes no interview or assessment stages.
