The interview process

   Applications for the 2027 Internship Program opened on 3 August 2026 and roles are filled on a rolling basis, so apply as early as possible. You may submit at most two applications, including for different locations. No prior financial-markets experience is required; the firm provides markets training to interns.

   Screening

   Assessments

   Candidates complete evaluations to be matched with hiring teams. The firm says the process differs by role and mixes technical and non-technical assessments.

   Interviews

   Technical and behavioural interviews with the hiring teams, tailored to the role and team. The firm advises reviewing the job posting and drawing on your projects and coursework. No further format detail (for example a stock pitch or specific tests) is given officially.
