The interview process

   Online application

   Apply through the online careers portal with all required documents; incomplete applications cannot be considered and applications by email are not accepted. The job advert states which later stages apply.

   Psychometric assessment

   Some processes include a behaviour-based psychometric assessment run by an external provider; the job advert says whether it applies.

   Online tests (trading and risk internships)

   Technical interviews (trading and risk internships)

   Technical interviews in October and November after the online tests.

   Assessment centre (trading and risk internships)

   Technology internship process

   CV screen; an online technical homework of no more than one hour; a one-hour technical interview with an engineer to assess coding; then a 30-minute final interview with a technology manager, in the office or by video call.

   Video or telephone interview and final round

   Shortlisted candidates complete a pre-recorded video interview (via Sonru) or a telephone interview, then face-to-face interviews or an assessment day at an office (sometimes virtual). The exact stages vary by programme.
