The interview process

  1. 1

    Online application with documents

    Official

Apply through the ADIA careers site (Workable) to the single 'UAE National Internship and Employment Opportunities' listing. Required PDFs include a CV with graduation date, passport copy, Emirates ID, Family Book, university and high-school transcripts (Grades 10-12), IELTS if available and a Certificate of Equivalence where applicable; each file up to 5MB.

  2. 2

    Profile review

    Official

Profiles are reviewed for potential internship and/or full-time employment, subject to organisational needs and cycle timelines; a missed cycle deadline rolls the application into the next available cycle.

  3. 3

    Assessments and interviews

    Official

Shortlisted candidates are invited to assessments and interviews, where applicable; ADIA does not publish the format. Completed interns are moved automatically into the graduate recruitment pipeline without reapplying.

Official means the information comes from ADIA's own website or job board. Reported means a reputable third party published it. Whitmore is independent and not affiliated with ADIA. Always confirm details on the firm's own site before applying.
